One Park West is a 17-storey residential and mixed-use building in central Liverpool, England, designed by César Pelli and completed in 2008. Situated on the edge of Chavasse Park, it forms part of Liverpool One, a major 42-acre urban redevelopment commissioned by the Grosvenor Group on behalf of the Duke of Westminster. The building accommodates 326 apartments alongside offices, restaurants, cafés, and parking facilities. Its two tallest blocks rank among Liverpool's higher structures, with Block B standing as the city's 21st tallest building and Block A the 31st.
