One Boston Place, completed in 1970 in Boston's Financial District, is a 41-story office tower standing 183 meters tall. Designed by architect Pietro Belluschi in the high-tech style, the building has become a major city landmark despite its ostensibly simple design, distinguished by its striking diagonal exterior bracing and unusual rooftop "box" form. The ninth-tallest building in Boston, it has housed various law, financial, real estate, and corporate tenants throughout its history.
