South Station Tower is a 51-story skyscraper rising 678 feet above Boston's historic South Station complex, designed by renowned architect César Pelli. Construction of this transit-oriented development began in January 2020 and was completed in September 2025, establishing it as the sixth-tallest building in Boston upon completion. The tower combines office and residential condominium space as Phase 1 of a larger mixed-use development that also encompasses parking infrastructure and potential hotel accommodations, exemplifying contemporary urban infill that integrates high-rise growth with an existing transportation hub.
