One Sydney Harbour is a skyscraper complex designed by Renzo Piano in Sydney's Barangaroo precinct. The development comprises three residential towers—standing at 247, 230, and 104 metres tall respectively—containing a combined 808 apartments. The project emerged from urban renewal plans for the area, which also includes the International Towers Sydney and Crown Sydney. After initial proposals in 2013, Piano's design was selected in 2015 and approved in 2017, with construction beginning in 2019. Tower 1 topped out in December 2022, followed by Tower 2 in March 2023, with all three towers completed by April 2024. In 2025, a three-story penthouse in the tallest tower sold for A$142 million, establishing it as Australia's most expensive home.
