The Orlando Utilities Commission Administration Building is an eight-story Modern structure completed in 1967 in downtown Orlando, Florida. Designed by architect Richard Boone Rodgers, it was erected to accommodate anticipated demand from two major regional developments: the opening of the University of Central Florida and Walt Disney World. After the Commission relocated its headquarters, the building remained vacant for several years before being converted in 2011 into the Aloft Orlando Downtown boutique hotel. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.
