The Owings House, built in 1927 in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is a two-story brick residence designed in the Mission Revival style. Constructed by developer Justin Matthews as the first completed home in his Edgemont development, the house exemplifies Spanish Revival characteristics through its tile roof, arched openings, and decorative iron grillwork. Notably, its brick exterior remains unplastered—an unusual choice that distinguishes it from typical Mission Revival examples of the era. The property changed hands during the Great Depression when the original owners lost it to foreclosure. The house was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
