Park Hill is a brutalist housing estate built between 1957 and 1961 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. Designated Grade II* listed in 1998, the estate underwent significant decline before being taken on for renovation by developers Urban Splash, who have transformed it into a mixed-tenure scheme comprising private rental homes, properties for sale, shared ownership units, and student housing alongside approximately one quarter social housing. The redevelopment's first and second phases were each shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize, in 2013 and 2024 respectively. The estate's name derives from the historic deer park once attached to Sheffield Manor Lodge, traces of which survive as Norfolk Park.
