Seaport Village is a waterfront shopping and dining complex completed in 1978 adjacent to San Diego Bay in downtown San Diego, California. The 90,000-square-foot development features more than 70 shops, galleries, and eateries housed in freestanding buildings styled in Victorian and traditional Mexican architectural idioms. Designed as a car-free environment, the complex is connected by four miles of winding pedestrian paths rather than streets, positioning it within walking distance of the San Diego Convention Center and cruise ship terminal.
