Seven Oaks, also known as the Dixon House, is a Queen Anne villa located in Sac City, Iowa, built in 1893. The 2½-story frame structure was designed by Storm Lake architect J.M. Russell, with sun porches added by the prominent Des Moines firm Proudfoot & Bird. Clad in weatherboard on its lower floors and wood shingles in the gables, the house features a fieldstone basement and brick chimneys. Built by banker Eli Baily and his wife Amie as their family residence, it was notably the first house in town to have electricity, powered by its own generator. The home later passed to their daughter Elizabeth and her husband Paul Dixon, who owned the local lumber company. Regarded as the finest example of Queen Anne style architecture in Sac City, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
