The Summers County Courthouse in Hinton, West Virginia, is a red brick structure built in 1875–76 in the Romanesque Revival and late Victorian styles. Between 1893 and 1898, architect Frank Pierce Milburn undertook a significant remodel that added octagonal turrets at the corners, transforming the building's silhouette. Subsequent expansions followed: a 1923 addition introduced square towers, and a further addition came in the 1930s. A cast-iron stairway within the northwest tower leads to the courtroom. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
