Washington County Courthouse, located at 95 West Washington Street in Hagerstown, Maryland, is a two-story red brick structure constructed in 1872 in the Italianate style. The building features white trim and decorative brownstone work, a central tower rising above the main entrance on its front façade, and a mansard roof covered with shingles. Its coursed limestone foundation derives from an earlier courthouse that burned on the site. A modern annex was added in 1963. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
