The Tarbell Building is a three-story brick commercial structure erected in 1885 in the Village of Marathon, Cortland County, New York, and designed in the Queen Anne style. Built by Gage E. Tarbell, a jeweler, lawyer, mining promoter, and insurance broker who rose from modest circumstances, the building features retail storefronts on its ground floor with apartments and storage occupying the upper levels. A rock-faced foundation with basement windows is exposed along the south elevation. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
