Teem Plaza is a modern mixed-use complex in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China, completed in 2008 and designed by P&T Architects & Engineers Ltd. The development comprises twin towers: the 45-storey Teem Tower, which rises 195 meters, alongside a 38-storey hotel tower branded as Sheraton Hotels and Resorts. The complex also incorporates a shopping mall, creating an integrated commercial and hospitality destination in one of Guangzhou's central business districts.
