Teleborg Castle stands in the northern Linnaeus University area near Lake Trummen, 4–5 km south of Växjö's city centre in Sweden. Built in 1900 by the architectural firm Lindvall & Boklund, this castle was constructed as a wedding gift from Count Fredrik Bonde af Björnö to his wife Anna Koskull. Despite its deliberately medieval aesthetic, the structure is a modern creation of the early twentieth century. Following the couple's deaths seventeen years later, the castle served successively as a girls' school and rental accommodation. In 1964, the city of Växjö acquired the building and its surrounding park from the Bonde family. Today it functions primarily as a venue for entertainment, weddings, and conferences, with portions also utilized by the nearby university.
