Terminal Tower is a 52-story Beaux-Arts skyscraper completed in 1927 on Public Square in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, designed by the architecture firm Graham, Anderson, Probst & White. Rising 216 meters, it was the second-tallest building in the world upon completion and remained the tallest structure in North America outside New York City until 1964. The tower held the distinction of being Ohio's highest building until 1991, when Key Tower was completed; it now ranks second in the state. Originally part of the Tower City Center mixed-use development, the building housed major corporate tenants including Forest City Enterprises, whose headquarters occupied the structure until 2018.
