Tower City Center is a major mixed-use complex in downtown Cleveland's Public Square, built in 1929 as Cleveland Union Terminal by the architectural firm Graham, Anderson, Probst & White. Designed in the Beaux-Arts style, the interconnected facility originally served as the city's primary rail hub and has evolved into a multifaceted urban center encompassing Terminal Tower, office buildings, the Landmark Office Towers, a shopping center, Hotel Cleveland, Chase Financial Plaza, and Jack Cleveland Casino. Today, Tower City station functions as the central hub for Cleveland's RTA Rapid Transit system. The complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 17, 1976.
