Tower 25, also known as The White Walls, is a 62-meter high-rise in central Nicosia designed by Jean Nouvel and completed in early 2013. The building's lower section—ground floor, mezzanine, and six upper floors—houses offices for Ernst & Young, while seven residential floors above feature apartments with panoramic views of the capital. The penthouse crowns the structure across its two topmost floors, drawing inspiration from traditional Cypriot architecture and including a swimming pool. At approximately €25 million, the building ranks as Cyprus's eleventh-tallest structure and stands as one of Nicosia's architectural landmarks, with much of its residential space, including the penthouse, having sold before construction began.
