The Truist Center is a 47-story, 201-meter skyscraper in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, completed in 2002. Originally known as the Hearst Tower, the Art Deco structure rises from a distinctive 15-floor podium topped by a 32-story tower, making it the city's third tallest building. Located along North Tryon Street, the building was designed with a three-story trading facility on the podium by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, which featured a 6,000-square-foot two-story trading floor during Bank of America's occupancy. Truist purchased the building in March 2020, converting the former trading floor into part of its 100,000-square-foot technology innovation center and establishing it as corporate headquarters.
