The United States Post Office–Lexington Main, located at 1661 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington, Massachusetts, is a single-story brick Georgian Revival structure completed in 1937 as part of a Depression-era works program. The building's modest styling features a belfry and cupola, while its entry is flanked by fluted engaged columns and topped by a simple entablature with an eagle set in a carved recess. The interior is finished with marble terrazzo flooring and marble wainscoting below plaster walls. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, the post office exemplifies the functional civic architecture of the New Deal era.
