Located at 109 South Warsaw Street in Ursa, Illinois, the Ursa Town Hall is a Colonial Revival structure completed in 1895 that originally served a dual purpose as both municipal meeting space and lodge hall. Funded and initially owned by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, the building housed the Odd Fellows on its upper floor while the township occupied the lower floor for government meetings and voting. Beyond its civic function, the hall became the town's cultural and social hub, hosting school events (the local school having no auditorium), traveling performers, movies, and business gatherings. When Ursa incorporated as a village in 1964, village government also began using the building. Its prominence diminished sharply in 1984 after the newly installed municipal sewer system prompted the village to demolish the hall's outhouses without providing indoor plumbing, making the building impractical for frequent use. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
