The Washington County Courthouse and Jail in West Bend, Wisconsin is a Richardsonian Romanesque structure completed in 1889–90, designed by Edward V. Koch, with an adjacent jail built in 1886. The distinctive 3.5-story building is dominated by an 8-story central tower. It served as the county courthouse until 1962, after which it was repurposed to house the Tower Heritage Center, a museum and research facility operated by the Washington County Historical Society.
