Waverly is a historic house built in 1855 near Croom in Prince George's County, Maryland. This 2½-story frame dwelling exemplifies mid-nineteenth-century Italianate design, though its principal entrance casing blends Greek Revival and Italianate elements, reflecting the stylistic transition of its era. The property retains two original outbuildings—a meathouse and a washhouse—which provide material evidence of antebellum domestic life. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
