The Wembley ice-cream factory, completed in 1937 in Gżira, Malta, is a two-storey Art Deco industrial building designed by architect Antonio Grech Dimech for industrialist Luke V. Gauci, who used it to manufacture and distribute Malta's first pasteurized, pre-packaged ice cream under the Wembleys brand. The symmetrical façade features Art Deco pilasters that create a sense of vertical emphasis, offsetting the building's modest height, and incorporates eclectic stylistic details reflective of contemporary residential architecture. Historian Edward Said identified it as among "the best examples of pre-war industrial architecture in Malta" and advocated for its protection through scheduling on the Planning Authority's list. As of 2019, the authority approved a redevelopment plan converting the site into a seven-storey office complex with underground parking, with the existing façade to be dismantled and relocated within the new design.
