The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center is a 38-story mixed-use tower completed in 2008 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Designed by BBGM in a postmodern style, the 154.84-meter building combines a four-star, 236-room hotel on its lower fifteen floors with 119 residential condominiums above, ranging from 900 to 4,000 square feet. Upon completion, it became the tallest building in both Virginia Beach and Virginia, surpassing Richmond's James Monroe Building. The hotel portion underwent renovation in 2018.
