Wisma 46, a 261.9-meter modern office tower completed in 1996, dominates the BNI City complex along Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in central Jakarta. Designed by Zeidler Roberts Partnership and DP Architects, the 46-floor skyscraper stands as a landmark of 1990s Indonesian architecture, crowned by a 10-meter antenna spire. The tower comprises 140,028 square meters of office space across its above-ground floors, supported by two underground parking levels and served by 24 elevators, including six ultra-high-speed models. Sited on a 15-hectare parcel, Wisma 46 held the distinction of Indonesia's tallest building for twenty years until 2016, when it was surpassed by Gama Tower.
