The 800 Westchester Avenue complex in Rye Brook, New York, is a postmodern Class A office building completed in 1983 and designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates as the corporate headquarters for General Foods. Clad in aluminum and evocative of both modernist and pre-Columbian forms, the structure was nicknamed an "aluminum business palace" and compared to an "Aztec temple" for its distinctive geometric massing. The building was notably involved in Westchester County's largest real estate transaction of 2004.
