Two22, a 41-floor skyscraper at the intersection of 9th Street and 3rd Avenue in Minneapolis, is the fifth tallest building in the city. Completed in 1985, it originally served as headquarters for Piper Jaffray (later Piper Sandler Companies). After Piper Jaffray's acquisition by U.S. Bancorp in 2000, the building was renamed Campbell Mithun Tower for the advertising and marketing firm headquartered there, until a 2019 ownership change brought the current name Two22, derived from its street address. The tower features conference facilities, a fitness center, bike storage, and underground parking, and achieved Gold-level LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2009 and again in 2014.
