Rising 528 metres above Beijing's Central Business District, CITIC Tower—also known as China Zun—is a 109-story supertall skyscraper designed by the architectural firms Farrells and Kohn Pedersen Fox. Completed in late 2018, the tower surpasses all other buildings in the city, standing 190 metres taller than the nearby China World Trade Center Tower III. Constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and structurally topped out in July 2017, the building notably houses the world's tallest rooftop helipad as of 2024, a distinction that reflects both its extraordinary height and modern technological ambitions.
