Located in Cincinnati's central business district and bounded by E. Court Street, E. 8th Street, Broadway, and Main Street, the Cincinnati East Manufacturing and Warehouse District is a registered historic district comprising 23 contributing buildings in the Italianate architectural style. Built during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, these structures—predominantly five to seven stories tall—originally served as industrial and manufacturing facilities. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 12, 1999. In the late twentieth century, several buildings underwent adaptive reuse, converting their industrial spaces into residential lofts and condominiums, notably including the Power Building (1903), which was transformed into the Renaissance at the Power Building.
