The Terrace Plaza Hotel is an 18-story International Style mixed-use building completed in 1948 in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Located at 15 Sixth Street West between Vine and Race Streets, the structure features a distinctive design with seven windowless lower floors originally housing retail and commercial spaces, while eleven upper floors served as hotel accommodations. The building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel ceased operations in 2008, after which the structure remained vacant; interior demolition work began in 2024 as part of ongoing redevelopment efforts.
