Crosstown Concourse is an Art Deco high-rise in Memphis, Tennessee, originally constructed in 1927 as a Sears retail store and catalog order fulfillment facility. The building remained in operation under Sears for decades before closing in 1993. Following its listing on the National Register of Historic Places, a comprehensive renovation from 2015 to 2017 transformed it into a mixed-use development housing retail shops, restaurants, office spaces, and residential apartments, revitalizing the structure for contemporary urban use.
