The Dr. William E. and Ethel Rosenberger Berry House is a Colonial Revival residence built in 1924 in Oskaloosa, Iowa, by local contractor P.W. Sparks. A two-story frame dwelling with a side-gable roof, enclosed front porch, and solarium, it was constructed by Dr. William E. Berry, a classicist and dean at William Penn College, and his wife Ethel, who taught French. Both were Quakers and among the first to settle in the Penn College Addition, a neighborhood platted and sold by the college to support its finances. The house's historical significance derives from the Berrys' roles as faculty members and pioneers of this academic community. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
