The Édifice Price is an 18-floor office skyscraper completed between 1928 and 1930 in Quebec City's La Cité-Limoilou district, designed by the architectural firm Ross and Macdonald. Standing 82 metres tall, it ranks among Canada's oldest skyscrapers and dominates the Old Quebec historical district as its highest building. Executed in Beaux-Arts and Art Deco styles, the structure employs marble, bronze, limestone, concrete, and steel in its construction. Built for Price Brothers Limited amid considerable controversy, the building has since become a heritage property in Quebec. In 2001, its upper floors were designated as an official residence for the Premier of Quebec. The building is presently owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge, a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and features a memorial attached to its exterior.
