Hebizuka Kofun is a keyhole-shaped burial mound (zenpō-kōen-fun) located in the Uzumasa Omokage-cho neighborhood of Ukyō Ward, Kyoto, in Japan's Kansai region. Constructed during the Kofun period, likely at the end of the 6th century or beginning of the 7th century, the tumulus is believed to be associated with the Hata clan, a group of toraijin (foreign) immigrants whose power base lay in the Sagano-Uzumasa area. Designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1977, Hebizuka Kofun represents an important example of elite funerary architecture from this transitional era in Japanese history.
