The Intermediate Building at 324 Washington Street in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, is a two-story brick structure completed in 1894 by the architectural firm Hartwell and Richardson. Executed in Romanesque Revival style with Queen Anne elements, the building features a hip roof adorned with hip-roof dormers, the central one notably larger than its flanking counterparts. Its first-floor windows are topped with segmented arches, while the second level features rectangular windows, with a terra cotta stringcourse marking the division between stories. Originally constructed as Wellesley's first high school, the building subsequently served as a Town Hall annex before being converted to Phillips Park Apartments for senior citizens. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.
