The International Commerce Centre is a 108-storey, 484-meter supertall skyscraper completed in 2010 in West Kowloon, Hong Kong, designed by Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. and Kohn Pedersen Fox. Clad in glass, it rises atop the Elements mall near Kowloon and Austin MTR stations, with its south façade facing Victoria Harbour. Upon completion, it ranked as the world's fourth tallest building and Asia's fourth tallest; it remains Hong Kong's tallest structure and the city's only building exceeding 100 storeys. Today it holds the distinction of being the world's 13th tallest building by height and 10th tallest by floor count.
