Ivey Delph Apartments is a six-story apartment building in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan, completed in 1951 to designs by Vertner Woodson Tandy, a pioneering African American architect. Clad in beige brick and concrete in the Moderne style, the three-bay structure features a distinctive center bay with projecting balconies of curved ends, crowned by curved iron railings with two horizontal bars. Tandy conceived the design in 1948, and the building was designated to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
