Jinnah House, an Indo-Saracenic bungalow designed by architect Claude Batley and completed in 1936, stands on Malabar Hill in Mumbai. Built by Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder and first governor-general of Pakistan, the mansion served as his principal residence for a decade before he departed for Karachi in 1946. Now unoccupied, the house remains associated with Jinnah and his family's tenure in India's premier neighbourhood.
