The Joseph Davis House at 41 Elm Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, is an elaborate Shingle style residence designed by the Boston firm Peabody & Stearns and completed in 1884. Built for Joseph Davis, son of prominent Worcester lawyer Isaac Davis, the house represents one of the city's most accomplished examples of the Shingle style. It later became the home of William Rice, president of the Washburn and Moen Company. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, the building now serves as professional office space.
