The Josiah Andrews House is a historic Victorian dwelling located in Des Moines, Iowa, built in 1896 by J. and H.L. Andrews on land sold to them by Drake University. This 2½-story frame house features a front gable with Stick Style strips and decorative brackets along the cornice. The property's significance lies in its connection to Drake University's innovative real estate financing practices, which shaped the development of the area surrounding the campus.
