The Judge Charles P. McCarthy House in Boise, Idaho, is a two-story Prairie School duplex constructed in 1913 from a Frank Lloyd Wright design. The home was adapted from plans Wright published in the April 1907 edition of Ladies Home Journal, where readers could purchase standardized designs or commission customizations through Wright's office for a ten percent premium. The building exemplifies classical prairie-style characteristics, featuring pronounced horizontal elements including a low-pitched roof with deep hipped overhangs. Listed individually on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, it was later designated a contributing property to the Hays Street Historic District in 1982.
