Completed in 2011, JW Marriott Indianapolis is a 34-story hotel tower designed by HOK that stands 376 feet tall in downtown Indianapolis, adjacent to the Indiana Convention Center. Part of the broader $450 million Marriott Place development—which connects five Marriott hotels to the convention center—this skyscraper is the tallest hotel in Indiana and the seventh-tallest building in the city. With 1,013 guest rooms, it is the largest JW Marriott property in the United States. The hotel includes a 950-space underground parking garage and is owned and managed by White Lodging, with the City of Indianapolis contributing $48 million to the project's financing.
