Kardinia Park, located in the Victorian suburb of South Geelong, is a stadium primarily serving as the home ground of the Geelong Football Club in the Australian Football League. Built in 1941 and owned by the Kardinia Park Stadium Trust, the venue—commonly known as the Cattery and currently operating under the naming rights GMHBA Stadium—ranks as the largest stadium by capacity in regional Australia and the third-largest in Victoria, after the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Docklands Stadium. Beyond AFL football, the stadium has hosted the Geelong Football Netball League grand final and serves as a secondary home ground for the Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League cricket competition.
