Langøytangen Lighthouse, built in 1839, is a fully automated coastal lighthouse on the island of Langøya in Langesund, Bamble municipality, Norway. The 12-metre tall square stone tower, painted white with a red lantern and gallery, stands attached to a one-story keeper's house and marks the southern point of the Langesund Sound. The light sits at 17 metres elevation and emits white, red, or green light depending on direction, with an occulting pattern every 6 seconds, while a foghorn sounds two blasts each minute. The lighthouse is now available for overnight rental.
