Leavenworth Apartments is a historic seven-story residential building in the Near Northeast neighborhood of Syracuse, New York, designed by architect Charles Erastus Colton and completed in 1912. Built with a steel frame and masonry construction embellished with cast stone details, the structure exemplifies Colonial Revival architecture through its asymmetrical massing divided into six sections and distinctive stepped gable ends. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011, it stands across from the earlier New Kasson Apartments, completed in 1898, representing the neighborhood's early-twentieth-century residential development.
