Wilmanor Apartments is a three-story brick residential building completed in 1928 in Racine, Wisconsin, located at the corner of West Sixth Street and North Memorial Drive. Designed in the Georgian Revival and Colonial Revival styles, the U-shaped structure encompasses thirty-seven apartment units arranged around a central courtyard. The building is divided into six separately self-contained sections, each with its own street entrance, creating a notably compartmentalized layout for a large residential complex of the 1920s era. The structure is recognized as a well-preserved example of interwar apartment architecture and is listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and the Wisconsin State Register of Historic Places.
