The Wayne and The Waldorf Apartments are twin four-story residential buildings constructed around 1897 in downtown Buffalo, New York. Built in painted brick with modest Colonial Revival detailing, each structure contains three bays and houses sixteen apartment units—four "flats" per floor. The pair occupies opposite sides of Waldorf Place, a small private lane that runs between them. Both buildings have undergone renovation and were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
