One Lujiazui is a 269-metre mixed-use skyscraper completed in 2008 in Shanghai's Lujiazui district, near the Huangpu River and Lujiazui Central Park. Designed by the Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei in a postmodern style, the glass tower stands as the 9th tallest building in Shanghai. Primarily an office building, it also incorporates over 6,000 square metres of residential space, reflecting the mixed-use development model common to Shanghai's financial quarter.
