One Tabor Center is a 408-foot, 30-story skyscraper completed in 1984 in Denver, Colorado, located at 1200 Seventeenth Street between Lawrence and Sixteenth streets. Designed by the Urban Design Group, the building comprises 669,000 square feet and ranks as Denver's 15th tallest structure. The tower sits adjacent to the Tabor Center Mall on its Sixteenth Street side and opens onto a plaza along Seventeenth Street. Originally conceived as the first of a paired development, a mirroring "Two Tabor Center" was planned for the opposite corner but never built; its foundation and caissons remain visible beneath aluminum sheathing. A remodeled plaza and entrance were completed in 2018, with a revised design for Two Tabor—a proposed 35-story, 495-foot companion tower—submitted for city review in May 2018, though construction had not commenced as of early 2021.
