The Park Flats are a four-story brick apartment building located in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, built in 1904 by real estate developer Charles Mayer. The structure exemplifies an unusual architectural blend, combining early twentieth-century Neoclassical elements with features of the emergent Chicago School. Its distinctive design incorporates large bay windows with metal frames, two belt courses per story, and multicolored bricks, along with accents of stone and stucco arranged in a rectangular plan. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 for its historically significant architecture, the building was later included in the Peeble's Corner Historic District in 1985. In the late 2000s, developer Ed Horgan undertook a restoration that converted the structure into thirty-six apartments with period details such as wooden floors, revitalizing a neighborhood once home to wealthy Cincinnatians but later marked by decline.
